Update: my $40 Coleman stove from a garage sale in Tulsa finally died after 9 seasons, and the new one just is not the same
Picked up this old green two burner at an estate sale back in 2016 for forty bucks, and it ran hot and even for almost a decade of trips around Tulsa and the Ozarks. Just bought the same model new last month and the metal feels thinner, the flame wanders, and it takes forever to boil water. Feels like they cut corners somewhere between my old one and this one. Anyone else notice new gear getting lighter but flimsier, or did I just get a bad one off the line?
