Update: My camp kitchen got a lot easier when I stopped listening to the ultralight crowd
I used to pack only the smallest gear, thinking lighter was always better. But after a few trips where my stove tipped over in the wind, I had enough. I switched to a heavier, more stable two-burner stove for car camping. Now, cooking is faster and safer, and I don't mind the extra weight. Sometimes, comfort and reliability beat saving a few pounds.

That "real peace of mind" noah_mitchell mentioned must weigh about twenty pounds. My back is crying just thinking about it, but my dinner isn't blowing away anymore so, worth it.
