Had to choose between believing the official story about Area 51 or going down the rabbit hole

A buddy in Roswell, New Mexico kept pushing me to watch all these alien docs, but I decided to stick with the Air Force's 'test site' explanation. Honestly, after looking at both sides for a month, the conspiracy stuff just gets too wild and doesn't add up for me. Anyone else actually read the declassified reports from the 90s and come to the same conclusion?

Seriously, it's just a base. People get so worked up over a place that's basically a big, empty desert runway. The wild stories are fun, but that's all they are.
