Just counted my weekly screen time. 73 hours. That's insane.

Hit 73 hours on my phone screen time report for last week. That's basically three full days staring at a screen. Anyone else check their number and freak out a little bit?

Ha! Honestly, 73 hours sounds pretty average to me. My screen time was 80-something last week and I didn't blink. Phones touch everything now - work emails, maps when you're lost, group chats you can't ignore, doomscrolling before bed, ordering takeout, paying bills, even reading books. I'd argue the real freak out should be if you're way under that number, because that probably means you're missing half your life. Your mileage may vary though - some people love guilt tripping themselves over this stuff.
