Hit 250 stompboxes built, my workbench has its own gravity pull

I just finished boxing up number 250 since I started making my own pedals back in 2016, and honestly I didn't see that count coming. That's 250 enclosures drilled, 250 sets of knobs wired, and probably around 1800 feet of 22 gauge wire stuffed into tight spaces. My ears are half shot from testing with a cheap practice amp at 2am, but the scratch of a fresh 3PDT switch click still does it for me. The funny part is my bench is now a permanent mess of solder wick and flux residue, and I swear the whole room tilts slightly toward where I keep the drill press. Most of these were clones or mods for local buddies, but about 40 went out to folks I only know through a forum similar to this one. Anyone else ever hit a build count that made them stop and go 'huh, where did the last 8 years go'?

Whoa, 250 is insane! I got winded just reading about all that wire and drilling. I think my record for any hobby is like 15 painted miniatures before I got bored and moved on to something else. Your bench mess and the gravity tilt thing is hilarious, I bet you could find any lost screw with your foot just by memory.
