My new wireless earbuds just stopped charging after two weeks
I bought a pair of those SoundFlow Pulse buds from a big box store, and they worked great until the charging case light went red and never turned green again. I tried three different cables and even cleaned the contacts with a cotton swab, but now they're just dead bricks. Is it better to try and get a warranty replacement or just cut my losses and buy a different brand?

Ugh, that's the worst feeling with new tech. Two weeks is basically still in the box, that's ridiculous. I'd absolutely go for the warranty replacement first, since you're still in that window. If the replacement acts up too, then you'll know it's the brand and not just bad luck, and you can bail on them for good.

Yeah, totally agree with @davidwright. I had to do a warranty swap on a router last year and the process was a pain, but it's the right first step. Make sure you document the issue with a video, support always asks for that. If the next one fails, then you've got a clear case for a refund.

Man, my buddy had the same thing happen, @caleb_hill, and that video proof saved his butt.
